If an aesthetic layout changes and a fixture no longer suits your architectural project, Bulbsnycs™ manages returns with minimal friction.

• Duration: You have a strict 14-day window from physical delivery confirmation to notify our team.

• Hardware State: Returned items must show zero installation marks, remain securely in original factory packaging, and have uncut factory wires.

• Authorization: Email service@bulbsnycs.com with your invoice number to acquire a valid warehouse entry slip.

• Settlement: Approved returns trigger a direct refund to your original payment card within 3 to 5 business days. The sender handles regular return transit costs unless a factory structural defect is documented.
